Your Launchpad to Six Figures As an Entry-Level Sales Rep, you'll set appointments for free roof inspections (no cost to homeowners) using our proven system. We give you the training, industry knowledge, and playbook — you bring the hustle. What You'll Do Set appointments and build instant trust with homeowners Generate daily leads with our field-tested strategies Work outdoors, control your success, and own your territory Level up fast through daily coaching and weekly training What You Need 3-6+ months of cold sales experience strongly preferred Hunger, coachability, and great people skills Comfort working outside year-round Self-starter mentality (sales experience and degree are bonuses, not requirements) What You Get- Real Numbers Year 1
Average:
$60K- 85K After Promotion (most hit in 6-12 months): $85K
