We are seeking a motivated and organized Supervisor / Marketing Coordinator to support our daily operations, caregiver staff, client services, and company growth. Position Summary The Supervisor / Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in both staff supervision and business development . This position requires someone who is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with caregivers, clients, families, referral sources, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to balance administrative responsibilities with marketing and community outreach while helping ensure that our caregivers and clients receive excellent support. Key Responsibilities Supervision & Operations Assist with supervising and coordinating caregiver staff. Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, client needs, documentation, and workplace concerns. Assist with resolving staffing and client-related issues. Monitor caregiver compliance with required paperwork, training, and company policies. Help coordinate caregiver assignments and coverage. Maintain accurate employee and client records. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers. Follow up with clients and families regarding services and satisfaction. Communicate concerns to management and assist with appropriate follow-up. Help ensure company procedures and applicable regulations are followed. Marketing & Business Development Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, physicians' offices, social workers, case managers, and support planners. Conduct outreach to potential referral sources. Promote Horizon Health Services and its home healthcare services within the community. Attend networking events, community events, health fairs, and other outreach opportunities. Create and distribute marketing materials, emails, flyers, and social media content. Maintain professional relationships with existing referral partners. Follow up with referral sources and potential clients. Assist with developing new marketing strategies to increase referrals and company visibility. Represent Horizon Health Services professionally in the community. Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, supervision, marketing, or business development preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Professional phone, email, and written communication skills. Comfortable working with caregivers, clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with management and office staff. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, social media, or similar platforms is a plus. Healthcare or home care experience is strongly preferred. Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling client and employee information.
