Job Summary The Mobile Events Team is responsible for executing engaging and memorable events that promote our brand and connect with our audience. This dynamic team will travel to various locations, setting up and managing events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. We are a mobile food truck business along with multiple concession stands. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate the truck you are responsible for. Engage with customers and provide the best service possible Manage inventory of event materials and supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for use. Work with other team members to create a great guest experience. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand at all events. Document event outcomes and provide insights for future improvements. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during events. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and locations as needed.
