You will help manage social media, create content, coordinate promotions, and work with our store teams and vendors to grow brand awareness and customer engagement. This is an in-house position. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and can turn ideas into polished marketing materials. Responsibilities Create and schedule social media posts, reels, stories, and other engaging content. Take photos and videos of products, store activities, and events. Design promotional graphics, flyers, signage, and digital marketing materials. Coordinate store promotions, vendor days, giveaways, and special events. Assist with email and text marketing campaigns. Keep website content, online listings, and promotional information updated. Maintain a marketing calendar and manage deadlines across multiple locations. Communicate with store managers and vendors to ensure promotions are accurate and ready on time. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Follow Joyology's brand guidelines and applicable cannabis advertising requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation. Proficiency with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus. Experience creating short-form videos for Instagram and other social platforms. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team. Willingness to travel to store locations as needed. Cannabis industry or retail marketing experience preferred.

Schedule Monday-Friday:

9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00

PM Pay:

$51,166.27 - $61,619.60 per year
