Sales and Marketing Representative

• Toledo, OH Splash Universe in Dundee, Michigan, and Fairfield by Marriott in Toledo, Ohio, are seeking an outgoing, organized Sales and Marketing Representative to help grow business at both properties.

If you enjoy building relationships, finding new business, and creating promotions that bring people through the door, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Generate new business through phone calls, emails, in-person visits, and local networking. Build relationships with businesses, schools, sports teams, community organizations, and travel planners. Promote hotel accommodations, group room blocks, waterpark visits, birthday parties, and group outings. Develop social media content and coordinate marketing campaigns for both properties. Respond to sales inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up with potential customers. Work with property teams to coordinate bookings and deliver a positive guest experience. Track leads, bookings, campaign results, and progress toward sales goals. Identify opportunities for local partnerships, repeat business, and seasonal promotions. Qualifications Sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to prospective customers. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools. Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage work across two properties. A motivated, creative approach to growing sales. Ability to travel between Dundee, Michigan, and Toledo, Ohio, and attend local sales visits or events.

Work Location:

In person, supporting both properties. Travel between locations is required.
