We are currently looking for a Part-Tim Marketing / Social Media Coordinator to join our Holland, Michigan team. As a Part-Time Marketing / Social Media Coordinator for West Michigan Office Interiors, working approximately 10 - 16 hours per week, you will be responsible for writing, editing and managing social media posts, and assisting with our company website. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, and is passionate about building brand awareness and engagement through social platforms. What You'll Do 1.

Marketing / Social

Media o Manages and maintains social media platforms o Creates engaging social media posts and related web content, including graphics, videos and written, to gain attention and recognition for the company and its products through different social media channels. o Stays informed and analyzes the most recent social media trends to get innovative ideas for new social media marketing campaigns. o Engages with followers and responds to comments and messages in a timely manner. o Uses analytic tools to gauge the success of social media posts. 2. Website- must be knowledgeable in updating websites. o Updates and maintains website content. o Ensures website is up-to-date, visually appealing and user-friendly. o Responds to and troubleshoots website issues on a timely basis. o Updates to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization. o Monitors website performance. o Monitors user-generated comments and inquiries, and forwards to appropriate employee or department, if needed. o Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices. 3. Analyzes information to recommend actions. What We're Looking For 1. Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, and 1 - 2 years of marketing, social media and website experience. 2. Intermediate knowledge of marketing and social media platforms. 3. Basic graphic design skills. 4. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, plus analytical, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills. 5. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 6. Excellent time management and follow up skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 7. Must have a good eye for detail, design and layout. 8. Must be highly motivated and results driven. 9. Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented. 10. Experience in Canva or Adobe Photoshop is preferred. Why Join WMOI?
