As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands and business lines. You'll work closely with the marketing team to keep projects moving, ensure brand consistency, and help deliver engaging experiences for our guests, customers, and communities. No two days are exactly alike, so we're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed. What You'll Do Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects from concept through completion. Assist with planning and managing content across social media platforms. Create, schedule, and publish digital content while monitoring engagement. Update and maintain company websites, landing pages, and online content. Coordinate print materials including brochures, signage, flyers, advertisements, and promotional pieces. Support email marketing campaigns and digital communications. Assist with photography, videography, and content collection for marketing initiatives. Help coordinate events, promotions, partnerships, and community outreach efforts. Manage project timelines and communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure deadlines are met. Help maintain brand standards across all marketing materials. Conduct market research and gather insights to support marketing strategies. Track campaign performance and provide basic reporting and recommendations. Assist with brainstorming new marketing campaigns, promotions, and creative initiatives. Provide general marketing support wherever needed. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. Experience with social media platforms and content management. Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress or similar is a plus). Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments while also working independently. Positive attitude, creative mindset, and willingness to learn.
