POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator coordinates marketing and communication initiatives across Gillespie Group's residential portfolio, supporting property campaigns, digital content, branding, resident engagement, vendor relationships, and occupancy goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Marketing:
Support marketing efforts for residential properties across the portfolio. Manage and coordinate marketing requests from property teams, including promotional materials, campaign support, and creative needs. Coordinate photography, videography, signage, and creative assets for social media, websites, listings, and broader marketing use. Support property rebrands, grand openings, and brand implementation projects. Ensure property marketing materials remain current, accurate, and consistent with brand standards. Digital Marketing & Platform Management Maintain property website content, digital listings, and property information. Coordinate updates across Google Business Profiles, Apartments.com, Zillow, other ILS platforms, websites, and social channels through Marketing Center and related systems. Monitor digital marketing performance. Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of marketing technology platforms, listing feeds, and digital tools. Coordinate with internal teams and platform representatives to resolve content, feed, listing, and tracking issues. Content Development Create graphics, flyers, signage, presentations, resident communications, and promotional materials. Develop video scripts and assist with photography, short-form social and internal video production, editing, and content collection. Develop social media content calendars and coordinate posting schedules. Organize and maintain reusable marketing content and creative assets.Resident and Community Engagement:
Support the planning and promotion of resident events and community engagement programs. Create and coordinate resident communication campaigns and materials. Support move-in, renewal, retention, and resident experience marketing initiatives. Represent Gillespie Group at networking and community events when needed. Produce marketing reports for GG properties: Track digital analytics using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and various social media analytic platforms. Pull data for weekly and monthly reports, analyze, and create recommendations based on that data to present to leadership. Monitor and document marketing advertising spend. Review occupancy and leasing needs to recommend appropriate marketing support and campaign adjustments. Track marketing project progress and maintain accurate, organized records.Vendor and Project Coordination:
Coordinate with printers, designers, photographers, videographers, signage vendors, advertising partners, and technology providers. Obtain quotes, maintain project documentation, and track timelines, approvals, deliverables, and budgets. Ensure completed work meets brand standards, project requirements, and established deadlines. A bachelor's degree in marketing and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-time marketing/advertising role or the equivalent combination.
