Job Description
We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Content & Social Media professional to help bring the Journeyman brand to life across digital channels. This role will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, growing our online community, and using data and insights to strengthen our marketing efforts.
Basic Function :
Plan, create, manage, and monitor digital content to ensure it aligns with the Journeyman brand, marketing goals, and organizational goals All team members must uphold and embody Journeyman's Core Values which represent the culture, attitude, and immediate priorities ensuring our cohesion and success.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Create, manage, and publish high-quality content. Set goals and create content that engages users and promotes the brand's message. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams. Collaborate with Writers and Designers. Implement SEO best practices. Establish and maintain guidelines and standards for content creation. Produce original, engaging, and high-quality content for various platforms. Edit and proofread content for grammatical errors and readability. Analyze content performance and present findings to stakeholders. Regularly update and optimize existing content. Coordinate the distribution of content across various channels. Engage with the online community and respond to audience interactions. Keep up with the latest social media trends. Manage social media content calendar. Track social media follower growth and demographics. Analyze data and metrics to create reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI. Measure social media advertising performance. Monitor and analyze SEO performance. Analyze user-generated content (UGC) and brand mentions. Evaluate the performance of campaigns. EDUCATIONAL, DEVELOPMENT AND WORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education or relevant coursework in marketing preferred. 1
