An Advertising and Marketing Coordinator develops advertising and marketing sales strategies and coordinates materials needed for advertising and marketing sales. Coordinates communication with clients. May plan and create advertising or marketing materials including digital content.
Brand and Marketing Director Job Purpose The Marketing Coordinator contributes directly to fulfilling the development and execution of Fustini's strategic marketing plan. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role and the ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, full of ideas, and excited to grow with an ambitious brand. The Coordinator is a key connector between marketing, our stores and other sales channels, and our vendor partners. You'll report directly to the Director of Brand and Marketing and play a key role in bringing our campaigns and projects to life. Strategic Priorities Assist the Brand Director in the development and execution of marketing strategies that grow brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales across our retail locations, resellers, and online platform. Drive revenue through plan-driven, data-backed, and customer-centric strategies Align marketing with business goals, collaborate effectively with marketing team, and foster customer loyalty Job Duties and Responsibilities Own and update the marketing calendar, keeping campaigns, promotions, and deadlines organized and visible Serve as a main point of contact between marketing and store/sales teams, gathering feedback and keeping everyone aligned on upcoming initiatives Brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal content Coordinate with outside vendors (e-commerce, social media, creative, promotional materials, etc.) on timelines, deliverables, and orders Coordinate participation with local events to expand brand reach Monitor performance metrics, build reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing effectiveness Support email marketing execution in Klaviyo as needed Support other marketing projects and campaigns as they arise Expectations Participate actively in weekly marketing meetings, contributing to cross-functional planning and decision-making Champion Fustini's culture and brand values—remaining connected to the customer experience and the quality standards that define our products Lead by example: model professionalism, accountability, and a collaborative spirit Maintain a current working knowledge of the food and specialty retail landscape, including emerging trends in product development and consumer interest. Core Competencies Project Management—master marketing catalog, campaign timelines, and translate creative concepts into detailed, executable tasks. Tech Proficiency — Familiarity with CRM software, AI systems, and basic office software Digital Marketing— Familiarity with data analytics and strategic skills in content marketing, paid media, and marketing automation. Product Knowledge — In-depth understanding of the company's offerings to provide expert assistance Performance Measurement—Aligns metrics with business strategy, utilizing analytics tools for actionable insights, and leveraging data for performance forecasting Cross-functional Collaboration — Works effectively across departments to align priorities and resolve competing demands Communication — Clear, confident, and professional in both written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization and customers Adaptability — Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a growing, entrepreneurial environment Qualifications Agency, CPG, or specialty food marketing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and excel at managing multiple projects at once A proactive, "figure it out" mindset, comfortable in a small, fast-moving team Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with Wrike, Shopify, Klaviyo, Smile.io and Recharge, or similar Basic creative experience preferred (like Canva) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred Working Conditions An office-based role in downtown
