Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator assists in carrying out the overall marketing plan of H2I Group. They will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing company tradeshows, website content, and social media channels. They will collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that marketing initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience and partners. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. Essential Job Functions:
Plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person tradeshows and events. Manage tradeshow calendar and all applicable event logistics including scheduling, coordinating booth materials and promotional items needed, shipping materials, and tracking/analyzing expenses. Measure and report on event successes, including attendance, lead generation, and overall impact. Create and curate engaging social media content for the company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc). Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster relationships and enhance brand loyalty. Encourage employee advocacy internally and teach employees the importance of social sharing, selling, etc. Assists in creating and/or editing all forms of content (blogs, case studies, proposals, website pages, posts) for the company website, social media platforms, partner marketing, sales materials, etc. Creates or edits copy for email marketing campaigns for our main solutions and monthly newsletters to be sent to our current client database. Conducts market and competitive research, reports findings, and offers changes and solutions. Stays current on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading trade publications, and staying knowledgeable in the construction industry. Responds to internal marketing requests as assigned by the Marketing Manager Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience managing tradeshow and event logistics. Experience using Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, WordPress, and other tools, including Google Analytics, Canva, and LinkedIn are preferred, but not required. Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and can handle multiple projects. Be detail-oriented and conscientious and be self-motivated. The employee should be able to manage projects independently and take ownership of a variety of tasks. The employee must also have the ability to foster positive team relationships with vendors and fellow employees.
