As one of seven dealerships in the Defcon Powersports dealership group, we offer the close-knit feel of a local dealership with the stability, resources, and career opportunities of a growing organization. We're looking for a creative, organized, and outgoing Marketing Coordinator to coordinate local marketing efforts and bring dealership events to life. This is a hands-on, in person, full-time position for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, connecting with the community, and turning ideas into memorable customer experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain the dealership's social media, website, and digital marketing Create and publish engaging content, including photos and short-form videos for social media Plan and execute promotional campaigns and paid social media advertising Organize and coordinate dealership events from planning through completion Promote new and pre-owned motorcycle inventory across digital channels Respond to online reviews and engage with customers professionally Build relationships with local businesses, riding groups, and community partners Track marketing budgets, measure campaign performance, and ensure compliance with company and Harley-Davidson brand standards
Job Requirements:
Experience managing social media for a business, organization, or brand Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to capture and edit engaging photos and short-form videos for social media Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms (Meta Business Suite experience preferred) Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and events simultaneously A creative mindset and the confidence to develop and execute new ideas Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with dealership employees, vendors, and community partners Familiarity with content-creation tools a plus Knowledge of motorcycles, Harley-Davidson, the powersports industry, or the local riding community is helpful but not required Must be able to work Regular daytime hours, along with select evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the dealership's event calendar Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors, standing or walking for extended periods during events, assisting with event setup and teardown, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
