08/24/2026 Marketing Marketing Coordinator Overview Salary Range $23.29 - $32.61 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level 2 Year Degree Category Marketing The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team and sales efforts by providing sales/marketing tools and expertise toward the attainment of marketing and sales objectives Qualifications Keeps abreast of changes, developments and new products in his/her area of responsibility and advises management of potential applicability. Conducts special studies and analysis in his/her area of responsibility as directed. Maintain existing materials, product sheets, model flyers, brochures, price book files, etc. with updates as needed along with create new materials as needed. Work to create and schedule social media content across several platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Snapchat. Will be required to adjust content to meet each platform's "best use" guidelines. Focus will vary dependent on company needs, product promotion, team enrichment, recruitment, event promotion, etc. Develops, improves, and maintains websites for Felling, Drive, and Larson, and ensures follow-up on website inquiries. Coordinate the needs and implementation of the design and content of the e-commerce website. Prepare mass emails for Felling Trailers, Larson Cable Trailers, along with the ecommerce Parts website to distribute to approved email lists. Create artwork for trailer decals including model numbers and operational/safety decals per ANSI specified guidelines as needed. Working with requesting departments (Paint, Finishing, Engineering), you will design, print, and cut the needed decals, to ensure the trailer is completed in a timely manner. Monitor inventory of Felling promotional items with a minimum keep fill order notification structure. Process promotional order request to qualifying dealer base along with other promotional product shipments. Inventory and store promotional items in designated storage rooms as shipments are received in. Photograph completed trailers in detail for future use in product promotion, sales, and engineering needs. Catalog photographed trailer images to their specific file locations. Production process photography will occasionally be required when requested by sales, engineering, or end-user. Touch-up and edit photos as needed for various project needs. Assist in updates to company website to maintain current product information and company promotion in a timely manner utilizing WordPress and associated plugins to existing website.
