Job Description
Job Summary Role Purpose The Lead Nurturer & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting marketing-generated opportunities into qualified sales opportunities while executing the company's marketing initiatives. This individual serves as the bridge between Marketing and Sales by ensuring every lead is captured, followed up, and developed while maintaining the marketing systems, literature, promotional inventory, and trade show logistics that support the commercial organization. The goal of this position is to ensure no opportunity is missed while providing exceptional support to both customers and the sales team. Primary Responsibilities Lead Generation & Lead Nurturing (40-50%) Respond to all inbound website inquiries Enter new opportunities into the CRM pipeline from website submissions, trade shows, referrals, phone calls, and marketing campaigns Qualify inbound leads Assign lead status and priority Send requested literature, case studies, and technical information Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails Execute drip campaigns and marketing automation Nurture leads until sales-ready Schedule appointments for Outside Sales/Wear Specialists Document all activities in CRM Maintain follow-up schedules to ensure no lead is forgotten Quote Follow-Up & Opportunity Management Follow up on outstanding quotations Contact customers regarding pending proposals Identify objections preventing purchase Re-engage stalled opportunities Update opportunity stages in CRM Enter notes and next actions Coordinate with Outside Sales regarding customer feedback Identify projects that have been delayed versus lost Maintain forecast accuracy through timely CRM updates Customer Re-Engagement Identify dormant customers Review purchasing history Reach out prior to seasonal buying cycles Execute reactivation campaigns Coordinate customer visits with Outside Sales Generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities Track re-engagement success Marketing Coordination (40-50%) Execute the marketing strategy.
