Full-Time (Non-Exempt) Position Summary The Partnership Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of corporate partnership activations across the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC. This role provides hands-on support to the Partnership Marketing team by executing activation elements, managing select smaller partner accounts, supporting events and game/match day activations, and delivering white glove service to partners. The Coordinator works closely with Partnership Marketing Managers, Directors, and the Sr. Director to ensure partnership deliverables are executed accurately, on time, and to quality standards. This role is highly detail oriented, execution focused, and partner facing. The Coordinator collaborates with internal stakeholders including marketing, ticket sales, operations, finance, strategic planning, content, community, and other core services to support seamless activation and partner satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities Support the execution of partnership activations, events, and deliverables across both the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC. Manage select smaller partnership accounts, including day-to-day communication, activation tracking, and fulfillment support. Assist Partnership Marketing leadership with planning, coordination, and execution of game/match day and event-based activations. Coordinate partnership elements such as signage, promotions, digital assets, hospitality, and on-site activations. Support the preparation and execution of partner events, including hospitality, experiential activations, and sponsor integrations. Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure contractual obligations are met. Assist with gathering data and materials to support partner reporting and quarterly business reviews. Provide white glove service to partners by ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Serve as a point of support for internal coordination across departments to keep activation efforts moving forward. Support department leadership with administrative, organizational, and execution related tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sponsorship, events, or account support. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; travel as required. Must pass pre-employment screens. Skills forSuccess:
