medi USA is growing, and we need you to join our team in Whitsett, NC medi USA is a leading provider of medical compression, orthopedic and footcare products. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our marketing strategies and assist in key marketing functions, including corporate communication, social media, product marketing, and trade marketing. Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in activating and implementing marketing plans under the direction of senior management. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated individual who can effectively manage multiple marketing initiatives while ensuring timely execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Support communication programs, including email marketing, newsletters, and internal communications. Manage and create content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Implement and oversee the affiliate and influencer program. Coordinate trade marketing efforts, including marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, retailer support and tradeshows. Assist with product marketing initiatives, including product launches, messaging, and sales support materials. Support team members with the corporate website and medi University. Maintain marketing calendars, track campaign performance, and generate reports to measure success. Other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical, healthcare, or retail industry. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong creative thinking with an ability to develop engaging marketing materials. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in social media management, email marketing platforms, and content creation. Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
