This position is responsible for developing and executing creative initiatives that strengthen our brand, support organizational goals, and enhance the experiences of both patients and team members. Key Responsibilities:
Support and strengthen the Prairie Rose brand across all locations and communication channels. Assist with planning and implementing marketing, advertising, recruitment, and communication initiatives. Create engaging content for social media, digital platforms, internal communications, and promotional materials. Support patient retention, recruitment, and employee engagement efforts through communication and storytelling Coordinate community outreach, sponsorships, events, and volunteer initiatives Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity throughout the organization Monitor marketing activities and identify opportunities for increased engagement and visibility Marketing & Communications Create and manage marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotional materials, and digital content. Manage Prairie Rose social media platforms and content calendars. Coordinate photography, video, graphic design, and creative content development Assist with website updates, digital communications, and public relations efforts Support recruitment and retention marketing initiatives Coordinate advertising placements and vendor relationships Track marketing performance and engagement metrics Internal Culture & Community Engagement Develop internal communications including announcements, newsletters, recognition initiatives, and team updates. Support workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate and promote community involvement, sponsorships, volunteer activities, and events. Collaborate with departments and office locations to support communication and promotional needs. Office Participation Participate in team and departmental meetings. Collaborate with leadership and office teams on communication and marketing initiatives. Provide updates and support for ongoing projects and campaigns. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities. Perform additional marketing-related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience College Degree and professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Experience with digital marketing, social media management, branding, and content creation preferred. Photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing skills are a plus. Skills & Abilities Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and locations Comfortable managing multiple projects. Understanding of branding, audience engagement, digital marketing, and communication best practices Strong technology skills with the ability to learn new software and marketing tools Experience coordinating with vendors, media partners, printers, advertising representatives, and service providers Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented approach aligned with Prairie Rose culture.
