Gameday Promotions Team Fargo Force - 1.0 Fargo, ND Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Child safety supervision Event customer service Full Job Description Job Description The Fargo Force is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Gameday Promotions Team, specifically supporting operations at the Team Store, Chuck-a-Puck table, and Rock Wall. This paid, part-time role is crucial for enhancing the fan experience and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our home games. You'll play a direct role in creating memorable moments for our fans. Responsibilities Operate the Fargo Force Team Store, assisting fans with merchandise purchases and providing product information Manage the Chuck-a-Puck table, selling pucks, explaining rules, and encouraging fan participation Assist in on-ice Chuck-a-Puck set up during 2nd intermission Supervise and assist fans at the Rock Wall attraction, ensuring safety and providing an enjoyable experience Engage with fans, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout gameday Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with the setup and breakdown of assigned areas, including merchandise displays and promotional stations Support other gameday promotional activities and fan engagement initiatives as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all assigned areas Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor Ability to handle transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with large and diverse crowds Reliable and punctual, with consistent availability to work a majority of Fargo Force home games, which include evenings, weekends, and some holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Must be comfortable interacting with and supervising children Prior experience in retail, customer service, or event support is a plus A passion for sports, particularly hockey, is highly valued What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in sports retail, event operations, and fan engagement within a professional sports environment Development of valuable customer service, communication, and teamwork skills Opportunities to be part of an exciting gameday atmosphere and contribute to fan enjoyment Networking opportunities with team staff and industry professionals Resume-building experience in a fast-paced live-event setting For more information about the Fargo Force, please visit fargoforce.com We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
