Chartrand Orthodontics is looking for a creative, organized, outgoing and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our amazing team! In this role, you'll help bring the Chartrand Orthodontics brand to life both online and in our community. You'll manage the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts, keep our content fresh and engaging, build relationships within the dental community, and help create memorable experiences for our patients and families.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday:

7:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday:

7:00am - 4:30pm

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more Create engaging content including posts, Reels, photos, Stories and captions Help maintain a consistent and recognizable Chartrand brand across all platforms Plan and execute monthly giveaways, promotions and contests Coordinate community sponsorships, events and outreach opportunities Organize and participate in patient appreciation and dental community events Plan and execute marketing visits to referring dental and specialty practices Develop creative ideas and new opportunities to promote and grow the practice Serve as a backup for the Front Desk, providing coverage and assisting with patient check-in, check-out, phones and other front-desk responsibilities as needed Provide a warm, friendly and professional experience for our patients, families and referring offices If you love social media, enjoy bringing fresh ideas to life, and thrive in a role where no two days are exactly the same, we'd love to meet you!
