Job Description:
Are you an organized, enthusiastic people-person looking for a meaningful role in a growing practice? Direction Behavioral Health is seeking a Receptionist and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Nashua, NH. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 6:00pm, with some flexibility and additional hours available as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quick to adapt to changing tasks based on the needs of the day, and professional yet easy-going with patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will: Staff the second desk at the reception/check-in area, greeting patients, supplying patient forms, and answering the office phone Unpack, inventory, and restock office supplies, general deliveries, and the patient snack area Perform light housekeeping and tidying of the group clinical spaces Communicate with patients' primary care physicians, outpatient teams, schools, and others as directed by the clinical team Field and research incoming call requests from schools and other offices Help update and maintain email notification lists Conduct outreach to help plan and coordinate practice events Use social media platforms and creative tools (Canva) to assist with marketing activities Support additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements Requirements:
The candidate must: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have excellent organization, time-management, and multitasking skills Have a warm, outgoing personality, enjoy connecting with patients, families, and the community Have strong working knowledge of G-Suite applications
Preferred Experience:
Experience in an administrative assistant role or office setting
Compensation:
Starting hourly rate of $19-20/hr, based on candidate's experience. Please, no calls to Direction Behavioral Health.
