The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and SEO practices, as well as proficiency in various digital marketing tools.

Duties Amazon channel operations:

Manage and create a strategy to improve EBC a+ content, Videos, Brand store page with new innovative ways / selling points / imagery to promote product. Amazon Issue handling : Work on organizing, issue handling, fixing product issues on Amazon with meticulous organization and attention to detail.

Social media operations:

Work with Social media coordinator and help with daily operations of channel such as comment correspondence, video ad creation, product and influencer research.

Content procurement:

Work with other coordinators and designers to oversee and ensure effective content is procured for all Amazon content placements. Team operations : Participate in all marketing team activities such as ideating / planning / coordinating for photoshoots and other projects. Performs other duties as required Experience Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience (business, economics, marketing or related field preferred) 3-5 years experience in marketing / operations planning / project management field required. Experience in Amazon, brand registry, or UIUX / website content management required. High level skill in excel (pivot, lookup, formulas) and meticulous attention to detail required. Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for keyword research. Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail. Travel, maintaining a clean driving license will be needed for possible future business trips.

PREFERRED

Experience in hair, beauty, cosmetics industry Digital advertising / Data analytics experience a plus.
