Join our team of exceptional sales consultants who provide clients with a refreshing and memorable shopping experience from our vast and impressionable collection of special occasion gowns and accessories. Seng Couture is hiring Eveningwear Consultant/Stylists for our location in North Plainfield, NJ! We are seeking motivated sales professionals responsible for delivering best-in-class personalized service and achieving sales objectives through strong client relationships. Main responsibilities and requirements are not limited to, but include: Contribute to a positive, welcoming and inspiring company culture. Engage and build strong relationships with clients to deliver a personalized experience. Uphold a positive environment for all customers, staff and all vendors Use expert product knowledge and storytelling to guide client purchases and styling. Collaborate with and assist fellow associates when needed Process POS transactions accurately and manage store administration tasks. Uphold visual standards and company grooming guidelines. Partner with manager(s) to address customer and merchandise issues or opportunities in a timely and productive way Participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventories. Ensure that the sales floor, dressing rooms, stock and common areas are kept organized, clean and safe for all associates and customers Must be Flexible to work evenings & mandatory weekends on a retail schedule

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate customer and product needs Demonstrates ability to work with a variety of groups including management, creative, executives and hourly work force. Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail MS Office (word, excel, google docs, power point & email) proficiency

•Hourly + Commission

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
