Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lot Attendant and be the first impression for our valued customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership's lot, ensuring every vehicle is showcased at its best. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages customer confidence and satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle care, customer service, and facility maintenance while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Assist with the movement, parking, and retrieval of vehicles on the lot to ensure smooth traffic flow and optimal display. Perform routine cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, buffing, and window tinting to maintain high standards of presentation. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and minor repairs, reporting any issues to management promptly. Maintain the cleanliness of the lot by sweeping, trash removal, and general janitorial duties to uphold a professional appearance. Support with custodial tasks such as cleaning windows, floors, and other surfaces inside and outside the dealership. Drive vehicles safely within the lot and occasionally assist with test drives or customer vehicle movements as needed. Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors courteously and assisting with vehicle inquiries or directions. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or janitorial/custodial work is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential! Ability to operate a variety of cleaning tools and equipment including pressure washers or buffing machines is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfort driving various vehicles around the lot. Strong attention to detail with an eye for vehicle presentation and cleanliness standards. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the day. Willingness to learn new skills such as car wash techniques or window tinting procedures. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to teamwork. Pay:
