Job Description

Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC is seeking a full-time intake coordinator-marketing specialist. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated strong customer service experience and marketing and sales skills as the position requires a good deal of time on the phone speaking to clients seeking our services but require education, counseling and support to be directed to the best matched services to meet their needs. The position requires that you have marketing training and experience in both digital and community based outreach. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the following: great phone personality proven sales and marketing skills ability to listen and be supportive willingness to help clients find the right services with our team of specialists digital, print and or video marketing experience to support our marketing plans ability to work evenings and an occasional Saturday while you work the day shift 9-5. Independent and reliable Heavy phone work during business hours scheduling, rescheduling, calling and completing intakes reaching out to community based healthcare facilities to establish referral relationships learning medical office procedures such as insurance verification, billing etc...to pitch in as needed. You will work as part of a team. As a good team member you will seek out tasks that help us to achieve organizational objectives. You will assist others in the administrative department and they will assist you in the performance of your job. If you are not team oriented, this is not the job for you. It is best that you have your own transportation and that your lifestyle allows for flexibility in terms of hours working. We provide free healthcare services. If you are ambitious, there is room to move into management.
