In this dynamic role, you'll assist brides and bridal parties in preparing for their special day, ensuring every detail is flawless from start to finish. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively event environment, combining hospitality, event planning, and personalized guest services. Our season runs from May-November, primarily weekends except for holidays. Start date expected May 2nd 2026. Responsibilities Provide personalized assistance to brides and bridal parties, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and venue staff to facilitate smooth event execution Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging decorations, seating plans, and bridal accessories Manage time effectively to ensure all aspects of the bridal preparation process are completed on schedule Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to address any last-minute requests or issues promptly Direct report to the Maitre'd and Director of events Consistent commitment to schedule, 2pm-12am for each wedding Experience Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or banquet/event experiences is highly desirable. Bridal Attendant experience even more so Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills Familiarity with coordination and guest services enhances your ability to excel in this role Proven organizational skills and time management abilities are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently

$400.00 - $600.00 per week
