Media, Web & Marketing Coordinator Boys & Girls Club of Western Nevada (BGCWN)
Position:
Full-Time Pay:
$20.00 per hour Reports to: Marketing & Events Manager Boys & Girls Club of Western Nevada is seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Media, Web & Marketing Coordinator to support our digital presence and marketing efforts. This position combines website management, social media, digital content creation, communications, and marketing support to help BGCWN connect with youth, families, staff, and the community. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a consistent BGCWN brand. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update BGCWN website content and functionality. Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across platforms. Create graphics, short-form videos, reels, announcements, and other digital content. Capture and edit photos and videos from BGCWN programs and events. Assist the Marketing & Events Manager with marketing campaigns, fundraising events, community promotions, and organizational initiatives. Assist with email marketing, newsletters, digital flyers, event graphics, and promotional materials. Help develop and distribute organizational announcements and campaign messaging. Maintain a consistent and engaging BGCWN brand across digital platforms. Monitor website and social media engagement and assist with identifying opportunities for improvement. Stay current on social media trends and digital marketing practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience managing websites, preferably WordPress or similar platforms. Experience creating and managing social media content. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or comparable web tools preferred. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools. Understanding of digital branding and user experience. Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
