Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise and support all marketing events, promotions, special functions and tournaments as well as all casino marketing activities and programs from implementation to completion Responsible for the scheduling, coordination and coverage of Promotions Assistants for all on-site and off-site events and promotions Provide promotional/event support to marketing staff when necessary, keeping flexible hours based on business needs in both properties Assist in hosting of parties to include but not limited to monthly birthday parties, drawings, holiday parties, premium parties, etc. Proof all direct mail monthly loyalty mailers for accuracy Manage all marketing events and data uploads in various marketing systems (i.e., MGT, IGT Patron) Create and manage all required event coupons in marketing systems to achieve a seamless reward system for players Facilitate placement of all casino signage/marketing communication for both inside and outside of the property, including digital signage Manage marketing inventory and monthly reporting Resolve any problems or perceived internal/external guest inconveniences

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

High School Diploma and Equivalent Work Experience Customer service experience Proficiency in computer technology and marketing systems Public speaking/microphone voice High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook Marketing systems including Player Tracking Systems Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming License/registered with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
