As an official representative of AT&T, we're expanding our presence across the New York area and looking for the right people to grow with us. We are currently seeking motivated, personable individuals to join our team as Entry Level AT&T Assistants. In this role, you'll represent AT&T inside established retail locations, connecting with customers during live in-store events and helping them discover the best bundled offers available. Entry Level AT&T Assistants:

Serve as a brand ambassador for AT&T at retail store events to provide informative presentations and close sales to new customers Engage with customers and clearly communicate available service bundles and promotions Generate interest and new enrollments through authentic, helpful conversations Collaborate with your team to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere Meet personal and team performance goals in a supportive environment

Ideal Entry Level AT&T Assistants Will Have:

A warm, outgoing personality and a passion for helping others Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus — but not required CNV Innovation is in growth mode — and we want people who are too.
