Full Job Description Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic multi-location team as BDC Sales Coordinators . In this vital role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and support the sales process with exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments Re-schedule missed appointments and maintain consistent customer communication Generate business through proactive outreach to previous, current, and potential clients Assist customers in setting appointments to view or purchase vehicles Provide exceptional support for vehicle selection and dealership services Respond promptly to online leads, emails, chats, and other digital inquiries Act as a liaison with third-party automotive buying services Keep accurate records and report progress regularly Forward messages to the appropriate department and ensure timely customer follow-up Stay informed on new vehicles, features, and dealership promotions Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Qualifications:
Excellent phone communication and customer service skills Strong computer and internet navigation skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn Punctual, dependable, and well-groomed Ability to take direction and accept feedback constructively Team player with strong interpersonal skills Understanding of company policies and procedures
