Job Description

DRAFT- Media & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) The Atelier Art School & Gallery The Atelier seeking a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Media & Marketing Coordinator to help promote our growing art school, gallery exhibitions, workshops, and special events. This is an on-site part-time position (30 hours per week) and includes one Saturday per week . Responsibilities Create engaging marketing materials for print and digital platforms. Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials. Manage and grow the Atelier's social media presence. Update website content and event listings. Photograph and document exhibitions, classes, and special events. Assist with marketing campaigns, community outreach, and exhibition promotion. Work collaboratively with staff, instructors, and artists to communicate the Atelier's mission and programs. Qualifications Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or comparable design software. Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Interest in the visual arts and appreciation for a creative environment. Photography and basic video editing experience are a plus.
