About Us The Pursuit Golf Outpost is a premier indoor golf simulator facility offering state-of-the-art technology, private bays, lessons, leagues, and a welcoming atmosphere for golfers of all skill levels. We're looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Position Overview As an associate, you will deliver outstanding customer service, manage bay reservations, handle payments, and create a positive first impression that keeps golfers coming back. This role is ideal for someone who loves golf (or is eager to learn) and thrives on helping people. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage bay bookings, check-ins, and cancellations using our reservation system Process payments, memberships, gift cards, and retail sales accurately Answer phone calls promptly; provide information on pricing, availability, lessons, and events Assist with membership inquiries, package sales, and upselling of lessons, leagues, or add-ons Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth bay transitions and lesson schedules Handle minor troubleshooting of simulator software or equipment and escalate technical issues as needed Enforce facility policies (dress code, time limits, safety rules) in a friendly, professional manner Support special events, leagues, and corporate outings as needed Perform light administrative tasks (inventory of retail items, restocking, basic reporting) Requirements Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred (golf industry experience a plus) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and basic computer use Ability to multitask in a busy environment while remaining calm and positive Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays (scheduling flexibility offered) Passion for golf or willingness to learn the sport is highly valued
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 15.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
