Job Description

About the Role Four Winds Chimney is looking for a hands-on creator who's as comfortable on a job site with a camera as they are in the office analyzing data. You won't be pushing templated social media posts or sitting at a desk all day. Instead, you'll own everything from event activations to email marketing to content creation, and you'll see direct business impact from your work. You'll work directly alongside our Manager of Marketing to scale our brand and build customer relationships across multiple regional markets. If you're a self-starter who loves variety, takes pride in creative output, and wants to work somewhere that values quality and hard work, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities 1. Event Marketing, Activations & Local Sponsorships Own the local market landscape: Deep-dive into regional demographics and cultural nuances to identify, secure, and execute high-impact sponsorships and grassroots partnership opportunities. Scout, evaluate, and secure high-impact local community events, home shows, and sponsorships across our target regions. Own the planning and execution of our event footprint, including booth display design, creative giveaways, and interactive consumer activations. Staff local events (roughly 8-10 weekends per year during peak seasons) Track lead generation metrics meticulously, presenting clear insights on what worked, what did not, and where to allocate future event budgets. 2. Content Creation & Social Media Management Produce, edit, and publish high-quality short-form and long-form content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and our website. Act as our on-the-ground content creator who is entirely comfortable grabbing a phone, visiting job sites, and filming our field technicians and sales teams. Edit rapid-turnaround vertical videos natively or via CapCut. Manage our digital community by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries across all social platforms. 3. Email Marketing & Audience Segmentation Develop, write, and launch highly engaging email campaigns, including automated nurture sequences and one-time promotional broadcasts for current and prospective customers. Build custom, targeted audiences within our marketing platforms to ensure the right messages reach the right homeowners at the right time. Monitor key email performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, and conversions, to continuously optimize campaign performance. 4. Reputation Management & Sales Alignment Own our Google Review engine by monitoring and professionally responding to all customer reviews. Partner directly with our sales and customer service teams to develop and implement fresh, creative strategies that incentivize technicians to capture more five-star reviews in the field. 5. Website Maintenance & Performance Optimization Assist in updating and managing website content to keep our local pages, blogs, and service descriptions fresh and authoritative. Collaborate on technical website optimization tasks aimed at improving mobile page load speeds and overall user experience.
