The firm is committed to delivering responsive, high-quality solutions while supporting the infrastructure, buildings, and communities it serves. Collado Engineering's team brings technical expertise, practical problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to every project. Collado Engineering is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong writing, graphic design, organizational, and coordination skills to support the firm's proposal, marketing, communications, and business development efforts. This role is central to how the firm presents its experience, qualifications, and services to clients, teaming partners, and the broader marketplace. The Marketing Coordinator will help develop clear, polished, and visually consistent materials that support competitive pursuits, firm communications, and ongoing business development initiatives. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign, and is comfortable coordinating multiple deadlines, working with technical staff, and producing accurate, high-quality materials in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage the firm's formal RFP and proposal process, including preparing qualifications packages, compiling full proposals, coordinating technical content with firm leadership and technical staff, and producing polished submissions. Track open opportunities, business development pursuits, pipeline activity, and the firm's soft backlog. Develop interview materials and presentations for shortlisted pursuits. Write, edit, and maintain technical marketing content, including project descriptions, employee resumes, firm qualifications, service descriptions, and proposal narratives. Maintain and update the firm's marketing collateral, proposal templates, marketing resources, and brand standards. Design brochures, presentation decks, flyers, project sheets, and other marketing materials. Manage and update the firm's website, including project pages, leadership team bios, and service information. Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, email communications, and other digital marketing channels. Help coordinate company events, recruiting events, tabling materials, and related marketing support. Support the firm's AI integration efforts to improve workflows and internal efficiencies. Collaborate with firm leadership, technical staff, and business development team members to gather information, manage deadlines, and produce accurate, high-quality marketing materials.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Engineering, or related discipline. 1-5 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, communications, graphic design, or a related role, preferably within the architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services industry. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills. Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create clear, polished, and visually consistent marketing materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with motion graphics, presentation design, or video production is a plus. Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress preferred. Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact preferred. Strong organizational and project management abilities, including coordinating multiple deadlines, managing production workflows, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail across deliverables. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to collaborate with leadership, technical staff, and business development team members. Experience with AI tools, video content tools, or emerging marketing technologies is a plus.
