This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Arrange tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and supplies. Help transport and position event materials as needed. Organize supplies to ensure efficient event preparation. Assist with setting up promotional displays and customer-facing areas. Help maintain clean and organized event spaces. Support event staff during setup and preparation. Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after activities. Check event materials for completeness and visible damage. Communicate supply or setup concerns to team members. Follow established safety and workplace guidelines. Complete setup responsibilities efficiently and on schedule. Assist with general event activities when needed. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Comfortable performing hands-on physical tasks. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move event materials. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, production, or setup experience is a plus but not required.
