If you enjoy fast-paced environments, meeting new people and being part of live events, this could be a great fit for you. From promotional events and brand activations to private functions and large-scale experiences, you'll help create a smooth and memorable experience for guests from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression Assisting with event setup, breakdown and floor support Helping attendees with directions, enquiries and general assistance Managing check-ins, ticket scanning and guest flow Supporting event promotions, activations and customer engagement Keeping event spaces clean, organised and presentation-ready Working closely with the wider team to ensure events run smoothly Delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are Outgoing, confident and enjoy working with people Calm and adaptable under pressure Comfortable communicating with guests and team members Reliable, proactive and willing to get involved where needed Able to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment Flexible with availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays A strong team player with a positive attitude Experience & Requirements No previous experience required — full training provided. Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service or promotions is helpful but not essential. Applicants should be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40lbs when required.
