As an Event Experience Creator, you'll travel with our Hat Bar to some of Ohio's biggest events, helping guests design one of a kind hats they'll treasure for years. You'll laugh with strangers, celebrate birthdays, help someone create the perfect hat for a special occasion, and occasionally convince someone who swore they "weren't a hat person" to leave wearing their new favorite accessory. No two weekends are ever the same. What You'll Do As part of our events team, you'll: Help guests design and customize trucker, cowboy and wide brim hats Guide customers through branding, burning, feathers, bands, and accessories Create a fun, welcoming experience from start to finish Set up and tear down our mobile Hat Bar at venues across Ohio Keep displays organized, stocked, and looking their best Process purchases through our POS system Work alongside a fun, energetic team Represent The Loft at 36 Eleven with professionalism and personality What We're Looking For Experience isn't required. Personality is. We can teach anyone how to build a hat. We can't teach someone to genuinely love people.
