BOOKING AGENT Join Our Entertainment Team! Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about music, live entertainment, and connecting clients with great entertainment experiences? We're looking for a Booking Agent to join our growing entertainment company. As a Booking Agent, you'll help secure entertainment bookings, build relationships with venues and clients, coordinate events, and generate new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and negotiation skills Professional, outgoing personality Excellent organization and follow-through Experience in entertainment, event booking, sales, or event coordination is a plus Ability to build and maintain relationships with venues, promoters, event planners, and clients Comfortable working independently and meeting booking goals Knowledge of the local entertainment and event market is a plus

What You'll Do:

Secure entertainment bookings for events and venues Contact venues, event planners, promoters, businesses, and potential clients Discuss entertainment options based on client needs and event requirements Negotiate dates, rates, and booking details Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients Coordinate booking information and event details Follow up with leads and maintain an organized booking pipeline Keep accurate records of inquiries, bookings, contracts, and follow-ups
