This position is part time & hourly and the best perk about this role is helping at local events, concerts and promotions. If you are customer service oriented and you have a flexible schedule to work, weeknights, weekends and some holidays then please apply now. The On-Premise Special Events employee will work under the direction of the Special Events Manager and will provide a positive experience to our customers, consumers, and co-workers during all special events. This position is a brand ambassador for Molson Coors and other awesome LDF products and shall possess the ability to generate brand sales through consumer engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute evening and weekend promotions as necessary. Sell in new brands and packages including activities to support sell through. Perform all necessary administrative duties relevant to position. Build rapport and interact with consumers. Comply with all legal guidelines. Help with special events by assisting with merchandising and consumer sampling. Must be able to endure extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to push and/or pull a hand truck with excessive weight.
Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years of age. The ability to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends for special events as they occur. No restrictions with the handling of alcohol or being in a location(s) in which the primary purpose is to consume alcohol. Shall be able to handle stress associated with high volume sales, heavy crowds and high noise levels due to live entertainment.
Pay :
This position pays $15.00 per hour plus any tips you may potentially earn.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Six (6) months of sales like experience would be preferred.
Language Ability:
Advanced interpersonal skills necessary to deal courteously and effectively with diverse group of customers and employees, vendors, management, and executives. Possess the a bility to communicate well to resolve differences that may arise between the customer and LDF personnel. Articulate in a persuasive and influential manner with customers.
Math Ability:
Basic math and algebraic skills.
Reasoning Ability:
Quantitative ability to analyze product inventory levels, Work with minimal supervision and have flexibility and enthusiasm for the job.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid drivers' license and ABLE permit (Oklahoma), or like requirement based on state requirements for selling products containing alcohol.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Work Environment:
This position will require frequent extended hours in the evenings and weekends and will vary from week to week.

Requires sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, pushing/pulling, routinely lifting/carrying of 26-50 lbs. and up to 160 lbs. Exposure to weather elements when entering and leaving customer accounts and sudden temperature change when entering and exiting coolers. Drive personal motor vehicle.
