This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of dynamic events in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have memorable experiences. Ideal candidates are personable, adaptable, and possess excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail & related fields is a plus. Requires All positions involve paid training, mileage reimbursement as applicable, are paid and require a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties Greet and assist guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Manage inquiries and provide information about our premium beef products Assist with event setup and breakdown, including product, and display materials Pro-actively engage customers, handle retail check out and using P.O.S. systems Monitor event areas to maintain cleanliness and orderliness Assist with event setup and breakdown, including product, and display materials Requires standing on one's feet for 4-6 hours continuously & engaging customers. Be able to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, kneel and assist in carrying equipment in and out of vehicle in event preparation and take down. Skills Strong customer service and guest relations skills Cash handling experience for ticketing or sales transactions Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Join our team as an Event Staff member to deliver exceptional experiences that guests will remember.
