Bachelor's Marketing Department, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Website Specialist to update information and produce content across all digital channels, including: website, chatbot, mobile app, emails + CRM, online reviews, digital screens, and social media. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities Digital Marketing Support (70%) Execute web content updates as needed across the Mt. Bachelor, Trailhead Lodge, and Sun Country Tours websites and other marketing channels. Assist with management of the digital ChatBot. Assist and contribute to the daily mountain report, snow reports, lift and trail status across digital channels. Ensure resort digital monitors are showing relevant and up-to-date information. Monitor content for accuracy across all platforms, including mtbachelor.com, and make recommendations for better information dissemination Contribute to the Mt. Bachelor blog. Write and edit copy for Mt. Bachelor email campaigns. Assist with all copywriting and proofreading needs. Send time-sensitive app push notifications. Assist with social media content capture. General Marketing Department Support (30%) Assist the team with Mt. Bachelor's in-market promotions, events, and efforts to drive sales and awareness — including local, regional, and national consumer trade shows and events, local and regional shop program activation, sponsored film premiere tours, and industry events. Serve as the primary coordinator for the marketing team's project management platform, overseeing project timelines, task assignments, workflow updates, and stakeholder communication to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on schedule. Other miscellaneous marketing tasks as assigned. Specific Job Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail. Ability to ski/ride advanced slopes in all weather & snow conditions. Basic HTML knowledge preferred. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
