Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Writer and Sales Order Entry Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and providing excellent customer service through accurate order entry. Duties Develop engaging content for social media marketing campaigns, website updates, press releases, cases studies and promotional materials aligned with brand voice guidelines Edit and proofread marketing copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all channels Conduct research on industry trends, keywords, and competitors to inform content strategy and SEO content writing efforts Manage content creation and editing for various digital platforms, including web writing and content management systems Write compelling copy that supports branding initiatives and enhances overall marketing efforts Accurately process sales orders by entering customer information, product details, and order specifications into the company's order management system Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in copywriting, content writing, or digital marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating SEO content writing and content editing skills Excellent writing skills in English with a keen eye for proofreading and copy editing Familiarity with social media marketing, content strategy, and content marketing best practices Knowledge of keyword research, SEO techniques, and web writing standards to optimize online visibility Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other content creation tools is a plus Strong research skills to gather relevant industry insights and support content development Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with content management systems and print advertising is advantageous Join us at CyberLock, Inc. where your creativity fuels our growth!
