The Digital Marketing Specialist develops, implements, and optimizes digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive client engagement, and support organizational growth. This role manages digital campaigns across multiple channels, analyzes performance metrics, creates engaging content, and collaborates with internal teams to achieve marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search engines, display advertising, and website(s). Create, edit, and publish digital content including website copy, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions. Implement SEO/AEO best practices to improve organic and paid search rankings. Support email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, automation, and performance reporting. Coordinate content calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging across digital channels. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience. Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Assist with website updates using a content management system (CMS). Events & Program Support As a member of the SariDLM, Inc. team, we collectively participate in on-site events alongside colleagues, contributing wherever needed to create a seamless participant experience. This role embraces a collaborative, team-first approach, helping cultivate the energy, connection, and authentic brand presence that define our programs. Support the delivery of programming events and in-person consulting engagements in collaboration with the Client Engagement & Program Coordinator and the broader team. Partner with internal team members to help create a seamless, engaging participant experience before, during, and after events. Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content during events to support real-time social media engagement and post-event marketing initiatives. Assist with on-site logistics, participant engagement, and brand representation to ensure a welcoming and professional experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related role. Experience managing social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and website content. Working knowledge of SEO/AEO, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Proficiency with email marketing, segmentation, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier). Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to analyze marketing performance data, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$68,000-$75,000, depending on experience

This is an in-person role based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Monday through Thursday; remote, half-day
