You will gain external appointments and grow one-on-one relationships through strategic identification of and effective communications with community providers, service coordination entities, Veterans assistance groups and the general public to name a few with the overall outcome of increased referrals. Promote and maintain Hands From the Hearts presence in the community

• Represent Hands from the Heart as the home care provider of choice.

Assist with marketing and public relations efforts, as assigned, and perform outreach functions including attending health fairs, community events, and other activities, as required.
