Description Beasley Media Group Philadelphia is looking for a full-time Promotion Coordinator who will assist the Promotion and Sales Departments in managing station events for WMMR, WMGK, WXTU, BEN-FM and

WPEN 97.5

The Fanatic. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to represent the radio stations at events and client promotions. The position requires, but is not limited to, the following: coordinating and preparing for all on-site promotions, managing and scheduling part-time promotion staff, creating signage and graphic for promotional materials to be used at events, fulfilling prizes for station winners, customer service on both the listener and client level, and assisting the Promotion Directors in creating and organizing all station contesting. Previous radio experience is not required, but it is a plus! Must have excellent time management skills, be highly organized, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be available to work some nights and weekends and have a valid driver's license.

Minimum 1 year related professional experience or comparable work-related experience.

Experience with music and/or sports related content a plus

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds for event preparation, and handling of station equipment.
