The Events & Education Associate supports the planning and execution of programming, with a strong focus on wine education and guest experience.

Supports and facilitates wine classes, tastings, demonstrations, and private eventsDemonstrates strong knowledge of wine, with an emphasis on Italian wines and regional varietiesAssists with planning event programming, menus, wine selections, and class materialsProvides engaging and informative experiences for guests while adapting to different levels of wine knowledgeSupports event setup, service, breakdown, and overall organization of La Scuola spacesWorks closely with the Events & Education team, culinary and front-of-house teams, and clients to ensure successful eventsEnsures proper handling, storage, and presentation of wine and event suppliesPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualifications2+ years of wine, hospitality, or events experienceStrong knowledge of wine; Italian wine knowledge preferredExcellent communication and public speaking skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWine certification (WSET, CMS, or equivalent) preferredJob RequirementsAvailability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squattingAbility to use knives, hand tools and standard commercial kitchen equipmentFood Handler's LicenseAdditional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!
