Job Description

The Madeleine Choir School seeks an Advancement Associate to serve in a crucial role that supports the work and mission of MCS. This administrative position contributes to the overall success of the Office of Advancement, including fundraising, event planning, and concert promotion and management, as well as the continued development of a high-quality social media presence. The position supports fundraising goals by recruiting, developing, educating, and retaining volunteers; and by planning and communicating related events through printed and digital communications for all efforts associated with events overseen by the Office of Advancement, as well as events overseen by other departments but supported by the Office of Advancement. The Advancement Associate will report directly to the Director of Advancement and will also collaborate closely with and take direction from other members of the leadership team. The Advancement Associate serves 25 hours per week, with both required presence as indicated and some flexible hours.
