Advertising & Graphics Account Coordinator Franklin Outdoor Advertising is the largest independent outdoor advertising company in Minnesota, with more than 1000 billboard faces. We offer a variety of outdoor advertising formats, serving local, regional and national accounts. We are an aggressive, growth oriented and stable company. 40% of our employees have been employed with us for 15+ years. We are seeking a driven, detail oriented professional to join our growing team. This person will work directly with our sales staff, art department and operations team. This individual will be responsible for entering data in our CRM, monitoring work flow, and communicating on a wide variety of tasks with your supervisor, office staff and sales staff. This position is designed for work in the office but can also be a combination of office and remote/work-from-home duties. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Create and format proposals in CRM (Apparatix) Enter/update sales leads for Account Executives (AE's) Monitor job workflow in Apparatix Generate sales leads Monitor and triage incoming emails and respond Assist AE's and supervisor with notes, appointments and follow-ups Office backup when office staff is out, including answering phones Qualifications Required Strong judgment and prioritization skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Effective time-management and problem-solving skills Proficiency in computer and database systems Ability to work independently and anticipate team needs Professional demeanor and customer service orientation Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages Be self-motivated, a quick learner and a team player Have a positive attitude Be ethical, treating people with respect and integrity Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
