As an Account Coordinator, you will provide critical administrative and organizational support to our Account Managers to ensure our automotive dealership campaigns run smoothly. Job Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Managers. Track deadlines, organize tasks, and update project statuses in Asana. Assist with monthly client deliverables, including social media copy and basic website updates. Review dealership incentives and marketing materials for brand compliance and accuracy. Conduct website content and quality assurance audits to ensure client websites are current and error-free. Monitor and support online reputation management by auditing customer reviews and coordinating responses. Submit and track graphic design requests with the creative team. Monitor client requests and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams. Perform basic competitive research, reporting, and data entry. What We're Looking For High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy. Prior administrative, customer service, digital marketing, reputation management, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
