We're looking for a go-getter, independent thinker, and creative problem solver who wants to help grow two exciting wellness brands: Sweat Fixx, a strength training studio, and FIXXED, a physical therapy and recovery clinic. This is not a job where you'll simply be handed content to post. We want someone who can take ownership of the entire creative process—from brainstorming ideas to hitting publish. You'll work directly with our founder to create engaging content that educates, inspires, and grows our communities. Every week you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table, stay on top of social media trends, and create content that reaches thousands of people. If you're someone who constantly thinks, "That would make a great Reel," or you're always saving trending content and coming up with new ideas, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do As our Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator, you'll own the content creation process from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

Brainstorming fresh content ideas and staying ahead of social media trends. Planning weekly content calendars for multiple brands. Filming workouts, physical therapy sessions, podcasts, events, behind-the-scenes moments, educational videos, and lifestyle content. Editing high-quality Reels, IG Carosels and TikToks, Creating graphics and marketing materials in Canva. Writing captions and helping schedule content across multiple platforms. Repurposing one piece of content into multiple pieces of content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email marketing, and more. Assisting with product launches, promotions, events, and community outreach. Tracking content performance and helping improve our marketing strategy over time. Using AI tools like ChatGPT to help brainstorm ideas, write copy, and improve efficiency. Help with other one off admin roles We're Looking For Someone Who... Is self-motivated and doesn't wait to be told what to do. Loves creating content and understands what performs well on social media. Has an eye for great video and storytelling. Is comfortable filming people in busy gym and clinic environments. Can edit videos quickly while maintaining quality. Is organized and can manage multiple projects at once. Enjoys learning and adapting as social media evolves. Takes pride in producing work that stands out. Bonus Points If You Have Experience With CapCut Canva Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro ChatGPT and AI tools Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Email marketing Photography Why Join Us?
