Your sole focus is getting high-performing, native US short-form content produced. You will own the creative concepts, pitch production budgets, and independently hunt down, coordinate, and manage local creators and models to get videos made.

What You'll Do Pitch Concepts & Budgets:

Develop actionable short-form video briefs (hooks, visual directions) and propose clear production budgets per project or month.

Scout & Recruit Talent:

Actively find, vet, and reach out to local US creators, campus ambassadors, and freelance models on TikTok and Instagram.

End-to-End Coordination:

Handle negotiations, sample seeding, creative briefs, and shoot schedules. Review drafts to make sure final cuts hit native US aesthetic and pacing.

Track & Iterate:

Review video performance and refine creator criteria and creative angles based on real data.

What We're Looking For Heavy Internet/Trend Native:

You live on TikTok and Reels; you intuitively know viral US hooks, humor, and lifestyle formats.

Relentless Coordinator:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. You can set deadlines, keep creators accountable, and deliver on budget without hand-holding. Nice to
